Meet Tori
Tori has been practicing and teaching yoga for a decade. She started yoga as a physical practice to get moving and stay busy. It quickly became a tool for her to ease anxiety and stress and to become calmer and less reactive.
She started teaching others after realizing how many areas of her life improved through her practice. Tori is certified to teach vinyasa, yin, and Buti yoga, as well as transcendental meditation. Thousands of lives have been impacted physically, mentally, and spiritually under her guidance.
